Cost effective for nursery as the workshop is delivered on site outwith normal operational hours removing the need for an expensive venue or staff cover All staff are trained together which promotes a healthy team environment and removes the requirement for trained staff members to feed back to untrained staff members – a logistical nightmare for a busy nursery! Flexibility within the content – as the workshop is only delivered to your staff, you can have freedom of the content and scenarios that are addressed.      The key benefit to the nursery is that all members of staff are trained together (for a fixed fee) on-site, out of normal working hours, removing the need for staff cover.  Additional benefits come in the form of a boost to each individual’s confidence and motivation, and overall more effective teamworking and peer support.     The Improved Interaction Through Effective Questioning workshop consists of an informal brainstorming session that refreshes the memories of trained staff and provides new insights to less experienced members of the group.  A fun-filled roleplay session follows, anchoring the learning in the workplace.     Don't just take my word for it - read the articles for yourself....
